our Jopa Villas Office. The Office is located on Parklands Road,
across Holiday Inn. It is a red fenced building with CBS sign

There are two Application forms:
I) THE UNIT ALLOCATION FORM:
You need to return the Unit Allocation Form
right away together with your 10% or 1% Deposit of the Unit Price.
When returning the Unit Allocation Form, it
must be accompanied by:
A) The cashiers check or money
order
• For Three bedrooms - Ksh. 280,000 (10%)
Plus the Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 - this totals to Ksh.281,000
or Ksh. 28,000 (1%) Plus the processing fee of Ksh. 1,000, which
totals to Ksh. 29,000)
• For Four Bedrooms - Ksh. 380,000 (10%)
Plus the Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 - this totals to Ksh.381,000
or Ksh. 38,000 (1%) Plus the processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 - this
totals to Ksh. 39,000)
NOTE: The processing fee is per unit.
Corner UNITS:
All corner units are 10% more of the Asking price. (A Corner unit
is any unit with more land in square footage)
• For a 3 Bedroom Corner unit: Ksh. 308,000 (10%) Plus the
Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 – this totals to Ksh. 309,000
or Ksh. 30,800 (1%) Plus the Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 –
this totals to Ksh. 31,800.
• For a 4 Bedroom Corner unit: Ksh. 418,000 (10%) Plus the
Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 – this totals to Ksh. 419,000
or Ksh. 41,800 (1%) Plus the Processing fee of Ksh. 1,000 –
this totals to Ksh. 42,800.
NOTE: The Processing fee is for Per Unit.
B) A copy of your Drivers License.
Drop these Documents to our Jopa Villas Office
or call our office for money transfer instructions.
Once we receive these items, a unit will
be assigned to you and we will let you know the Unit Number within
7 to 14 days. We will also send you a receipt and a Letter confirming
the documents we received and the action to take after that.
DEPOSIT INSTALLMENT PAYMENT METHOD
If you had paid 1%; make sure you keep up with the payments on
your deposit to make it 10%, before the unit is completed.
• Three Bedroom:
- For a three bedrooms, the monthly
payment will be Kshs. 22,910, Payable for 11 months. (This is
to complete the remaining deposit amount of Kshs.252, 000.00)
- A Three bedrooms Corner Unit, the payment will be Kshs. 25,200
Payable for 11 months. . (This is to complete the remaining deposit
amount of Kshs.277, 200.00)
• Three Bedroom:
- For a four bedrooms,
the monthly payment will be Kshs. 31,090.90 Payable for 11 months.
. (This is to complete the remaining deposit amount of Kshs.342,
000.00)
- A four bedrooms Corner Unit, the monthly
payment will be Kshs. 34,200.00 Payable for 11 months. . (This
is to complete the remaining deposit amount of Kshs.342, 000.00)
There will be no penalty for accelerated payment on the deposit.
KEYS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED UPON
FULL PAYMENT OF THE 10% OF THE UNIT ASKING PRICE.
II) FINANCING APPLICATION FORM.
Once a unit has been assigned, and you have
received the receipt and the Confirmation Letter – The next
step will be to fill the Financing Application Form.

When returning the Financing Application form,
the following documents MUST be included with the form:
• (P9) for the last two years - certified copies
• Three months salary slips - certified copies
• Three months bank statements - certified
• A copy of Identity Card
• Two passport size photos
The Financing approval process will take 20
(twenty) business days. You will be contacted with the results.
Once approved; you will be notified
and there will be no more action required on your part other than
wait for your unit to be completed.
